Every appointment that you book with us is backed up by a 24 Hour Satisfaction Guarantee. If you're not satisfied with the service that we've provided or if we've missed a spot let us know within 24 hours and we'll get our team to resolve this issue at no cost!
Cancellation Policy
In the event that you cancel an appointment within the 24 hour period no charges will be applied. However, we have the right to reject or add an additional fee to any future appointments requested by the individual that cancelled the previous appointment.
