* These rates do not apply to homes that require a cleaning service post-renovation and/or poorly maintained properties. In the event that this occurs, the clean team staff reserves the right to renegotiate the original quoted prices.

The Clean Team staff go into each appointment with their own cleaning supplies. If you have your preferred cleaning supplies that you would like for us to use please let us know upon booking an appointment. Please note that our staff will charge an additional $20 if we're required to bring our own broom, mop or vacuum.
